Thank you for choosing Mindful Maid Cleaning Company. Everyone loves coming into a clean and relaxing home and we are happy to be able to provide this for our clients. We are passionate about using eco-friendly, plant based, non toxic cleaning supplies because they keep your home not only fresh, clean, and smelling great but they are also safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
Both Alaura and Erin have several years experience working in personal homes as a nanny, personal organizer, and pet sitter as well as experience in the home improvement field. Erin has a background in graphic and interior design. Alaura is a certified Aromatherapist and sees clients personally and also uses her knowledge of holistic therapies to care for her homestead animals and personal pets.
We offer a variety of services in order to best serve our clients. We are able to provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time services. We do offer a discount for recurring services and the ability to gift our services to someone on a one time basis or recurring as long as you prefer.

Basic and Deep Cleaning Services
We offer both basic and deep cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. These services are offered on a one time basis, bi-weekly, or monthly. We do recommend a one time initial deep cleaning service with basic services after for any client that prefers recurring services. Recurring clients receive a discount of 50$ for each service.
Organizing Services:
We will work with you to create a plan of action for any room, or space. This service is quoted on a case by case basis and usually priced around 25-30$ an hour.
Event Set up and Clean Up
We will set up and clean up after any event. This includes events in the clients personal home, event spaces, or community spaces. This service is quoted on a case by case basis.
Donation Haul Away Services
We will pick up clothing, books, toys, and small to medium household items you would like to donate and take them to your choice of local donation facilities. Cost for this service is 50$ per load. Larger household items may also be removed and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Cleaning Products
We supply all earth friendly, non-toxic, non-allergenic, natural or plant derived, non-chemical cleaning products. You can rely on us never to use something in your home that we wouldn't use in our own homes or around our family or pets. The cleaners that we use are safe for every being in your home but strong enough to clean and disinfect. For a more detailed product list or ingredient list please do not hesitate to ask Alaura or Erin at any time. We also provide rags, mop heads and scrubbing tools. We do not provide vacuums and will request to know the location and how to store your personal vacuum.
· We make all the cleaners that we can safely make by hand using simple natural ingredients such as white vinegar, baking soda, and therapeutic grade essential oils.
Other commercially bought cleaning products we may use:
· Grove Collaborative all purpose disinfecting cleaner
· Meliora Gentle Scrubbing Cleanser or Bon Ami Powder Cleanser for white bathtubs and sinks
· Dr. Bronners castile soap and all purpose cleaner
· Grove collaborative glass cleaner
· Grove Collaborative Floor Cleanser for hard surface flooring.
We will typically use a diffuser as we clean to fill your home with a calming and relaxing scent for you to come home to. An oil diffuser is a device that breaks essential oils down into smaller molecules, dispersing them into the air for a pleasant or calming effect. The diffuser's job is to evenly disperse the particles at a comfortable concentration that's easy to breathe and doesn't overbear the room. It is used to fill the air in a room with tiny, breathable particles of beneficial essential oils—giving the room a calmer, more pleasant-smelling ambiance.
If you would prefer for us not to use the diffuser in your home just let us know. If you or anyone in your home has an allergy or just doesn't prefer a specific scent please let us know.

We want you to be happy with any service we provide. If you are unsatisfied in any way we will absolutely do our best to make it right for you.
Scheduling:
We will do our best to meet your scheduling requests. We prefer to make appointments a week ahead of time to work best with everyone's schedules. If we have openings day of we will always post about them via facebook. You may always call or text to check to see if we have anything open same day and we will do our best to make it work for you. Appointments can be made via facebook messenger, text or email at mindfulmaidccoh@gmail.com
****A confirmation will be sent after receiving your initial request and the day before your scheduled cleaning.
Cancellations:
We understand that life happens, if anything comes up please let us know you need to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. This allows us time to plan ahead and make adjustments. We do not currently have a policy on cancellations. We would really appreciate any schedule changes to be made ahead of time.
